Employment Practice liability
ACT recommends that you, the business owner, to be aware of the following type of claims:
Sexual Harassments
It covers your liability exposure when your employee files suit claiming that he or she is being sexually harassed. You may not be aware of these activities nor approve of such conduct but you can still be sued.
Wrongful Termination
Disgruntled terminated employees may sue you for betrayal of their loyalties to the company.
However, the plaintiff lawyer may say otherwise.
